A program called "Aben waha" on Kasapa fm which is hosted by Gatuso interviewed the Dancehall King Charles Nii Armah Mensah known in the showbiz as Shatta Wale on Friday 9th November 2017.
Shatta Wale talked about his career and the love he's got for Nima. The host then asked him about his visit to the flagstaff house to see the president H.E Nana Addo Dankwa-Akuffo Addo.
Gatuso asked Shatta Wale : was it the president who invited you or you went there by your will?
Shatta laughed and said you shouldn't have ask this question, he continued by saying "you know people have different mind on the visit I paid to the president. I have been hearing and reading news on the internet the artistes who want to go there and some artistes said I should have called all the artistes but I want to tell those artistes that sometimes they should just shut up and stop those kind of things. It was my birthday and he invited me".
Shatta continued by saying "Gatuso if you would remember, when I went to America I told I did a video telling Ghanaians that, no one should give the president pressure and whoever gives him pressure, Shatta movement will give the person pressure. This is what killed our late president H.E Prof Atta Mills. They should stop because the president is old and shouldn't be given pressure."
He angrily said some of the Ghana Artistes too lack common sense. It was my birthday and I tweeted Donald Trump, Oppong Weah(he's my very good friend, he knows me personally) and the president of Ghana, and the president replied. He invited me and I called my Dad and Bola Ray to help and accompany me to the Flagstaff house. We went there and God being so good he knew Bola Ray and how he is so instrumental in our industry. I told the president the things I spoke with Stonebwoy about.
Gatuso again said, I have even heard comments that Samini, Tic Tac also want to meet the president.
Shatta didn't end there, he said all the artistes who are making comments that they want to see the president are not serious artistes. This is no joke thing, that is so dumb. Maybe the president had time for me doesn't mean he has nothing to do. He has more important things to do, you are nobody to the president, shatta wale I am nobody to the president."
Gatuso who is the host asked Shatta if the president gave him the land cruiser: Wale replied by saying "No, but what he gave me is bigger that land cruiser. He gave me a good plated coat of arms from the presidency which has my name on it.
