South African Celeb and actress Ntando Duma and her sister Thando Duma go topless as a show of their readiness for marriage. A Zulu culture and rituals done for girls from the age of 21 and upward to celebrate what is called Umemulo.

This is not an ordinary celebration for Zulu ladies, or for the Duma girls. It goes a long way to say they are well behaved girls and have made their parents proud of what they have become. It is a traditional practice with some sort of detailing, such as being in a room for a week, being covered with white orche not just on the faces but also on the rest of the body slaughtering of a cow, quietness is to be observed before slaughtering the cow in order not to make it angry, just to mention a few , but for the Duma girls we don’t know if it went down that way as it is practiced.
